Our experience with TurboTax was painless and we are confident that the taxes were done correctly by Kimber, our tax specialist. Kimber was very knowledgeable and understanding and took time to ask all possible questions in order to get us as best a refund as possible. We do end up owing taxes, but that's mainly because we need to change our deductions on our pensions, also on Kimber's advise.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worth every cent for your mental health! I was reluctant to first use TurboTax years ago until I found out it was free. Tried it, LOVED it, then moved to Deluxe. This year I wasted days trying to figure out one single problem, then finally moved to this edition. Henri- my representative from TurboTax- not only figured out the problem, but I was able to ask questions I always wondered about. I don't regret it!
