Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo tax is great albeit a bit overpriced. It's great but a bit over priced and I didn't like the little "chat" guy that kept popping up on top of the "continue" button. It's pretty annoying but otherwise a good experience.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great but couldn't fix an issue I always file with Turbo Tax and it is usually great. This year I did it on my phone instead of a computer. I ran into an issue with my state return and couldn't figure out how to fix. It had copied over my child care info from the previous year and I didn't use this child care provider this last year. It was impossible for me to figure out how to remove it. I ended up having to drive to my step mom's house to use the computer where I was able to ask a question and figure out how to remove it. Once I asked the question, it was real simple instructions on how to fix it. But I was very inconvenienced and spent hours on my phone trying to fix the issue.

This is my 8th year in a row filing with TurboTax. Only, in future, I need to look up a coupon code BEFORE I start because they don't actually use coupon codes, just a link. I need to remember that.
