Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo tax expert was great Karen was very useful and easy to talk to and was comfortable for me to ask questions I may find intimidating to ask elsewhere and she was okay with repetitive questions too. There was a slight delay due to some other matters out of both of our controls but, she got us right back on track.

I get really nervous and scared whenever tax season comes around because I'm so young and have barely worked so when I started it was scared but I have used turbo tax for 2 years and both years it has been amazing. So if you are debating or thinking about turbo tax think no more and debate no more because this is it.

From start to finish, all my questions were answered and my tax expert walked me through each step. Everything was taken care of for me. It was effortless. I will continue to use this service from now on each tax season.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I thought I was going to owe I tried to do my taxes on my own and I’m not sure what I did wrong but it said I owed which I couldn’twrap my head around. I decided to do the full service to see where I went wrong and my tax preparer ended up getting me a refund triple the size of what I thought I was going to have to pay!
