I didn't like that I was not able to get my free Oregon filing and that it cost additional fees. It made me feel disappointed with the company.

In particular the questions about the mortgage interest deduction were complex compared to everything else.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is a life saver! I have used Turbo Tax for several years. I love that by simply signing in, it remembers and reloads my previous information. Because I know nothing about income tax, I love how even the Basic Option, easily walks me through step by step. Naturally, I wish the price would not continue increasing, but, otherwise, I am happy with the ease of use.
