Rated 4 out of 5 by from Title is good. The software is thorough which makes it tedious. The amount of questions makes it difficult to finish in one seating. I would that it's probably because of the Federal tax code being so complicated.

It is eas to follow, detailed, and even f you don't get the max package, they have answers ready at every step to help you understand every question. I like that the live person is optional. I also like that they allow you to choose if you want to manually enter in your information or use their automated servies. Every year they improve.
