Rated 5 out of 5 by from GOTTA LOVE TURBO TAX I hated going into the tax office. Just to pay someone my return dollars. Using Turbo Tax puts way more money back in my pocket. I love getting my dollars back. I love Turbo Tax has all the latest tax information. All I have to do is have my tax paperwork and read the prompts. I love Turbo Tax.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Was way to hard to transmit Federal & State Return Down loaded 3 patches to get Turbo Tax to transmit my files to Federal and State. Tried at least 10 times. Wish it would have processed the update without having to take the time to down load patches. Took me almost 3 hours just to transmit above the 3 hours to answer all of the questions for the processing the taxes

Rated 1 out of 5 by from 4 hours to e-file my returns! It took 4 hours to e-file my returns and 3 calls to Turbo Tax to resolve. Never had a problem in years past until now. Disappointed in the software but the service people were decent to deal with.
