No useful help is available, kept getting stuck in a circular loop that I couldn't find my way out of. Ended up guessing and I'm still not sure if it's right. Horrible experience. I've used TT for almost 12 years and I will not be back.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Diconnect numerous times I was told that I owed IRS $233 2019 and IRS stated I owed them over 5,000.00 plus penalties and interest . I paid for the delux and audit and received no help

I used Turbo Tax recommended to me by my credit union and I am very satisfied with the results.. Also, your product is more User Friendly than H & R Block...
