Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is good 1) I can't open the link in your email. I had to find a saved URL in Safari. 2) In couple of points, when I had to click a selection button, I just did not see any button displayed on screen. Last year similar problem happened to me, but when I changed computer to an older iMax, it was OK (showing button). I am using MacBook 2014 model.

This was suppose to be free until you get in there, then you choose a column for free which does'nt cover them filing for free, or be able to to talk with someone & when you do ask a question, the answer is of no help,. Then when you answer one of their questions regarding your information, it keeps asking you to enter the information again & this also happens when you're trying to complete & submit the return to e-file your returns. I had to enter my drivers license & other information on my license 3 times. It continuously asked the same questions over & over, This has been the most frustrating experience!!! I also wasn't given the option to file the 1040-SR like I filed last yr, it would not accept it when I pressed it & was forced to file single instead which I feel hurt me in the end as I wasn't able to enter rent etc as expenses. I don't think I will use this forum again & I've been using them for many years.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from PRICE CHECK! I WAS CHARGED $15 MORE FOR TURBOTAX OTHER THAN LIFE MART AND ROBINHOOD ACCOUNTS SAID THAT I WOULD BE CHARGED - $74!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I will never use TurboTax again I have used TurboTax for the last 5 years. I will never use this service again. This past year I converted my primary residence into a rental. Due to this new experience for me I upgraded to live support where they pushed me to the option where a turbo tax exert does the taxes for me. I was bounced between 3 different "tax experts" before being told I was being downgraded back to live support and was on my own to file before the deadline. Thanks for nothing.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great experience It went very good and always does. One thing that happened. It added a "film form" as if my business is making films. There was no way for me to know it added it till the federal review process started. I eventually realized it kept asking me for answers about work that i didn't do and went to forms and deleted it and all was fine. It wasted about 45min of time before i realized what that was. However it all worked out. THanks. I think it happened during import from my turbotax 2020.
