Rated 3 out of 5 by from Solid platform - bad transparency Ok so I get charging folks 60 dollars to file their taxes, you have to make money and I certainly won't hold that against you. What I am confused by, is why was I charged 40 dollars just to pay the 60 dollars with my refund? Be more honest with your pricing. People get more irritated by sudden fees than by simply being honest and direct. It's not like we have a choice, it's either TurboTax or going through the IRS and we all know what a joke they are on the best of days. Just be honest.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Premier Unexplained error on Schedule K-1, Line 20, prevents E-filing for Federal and State. Experienced problems with K-1 information and was required to call a Turbo Tax representative only to find out it was Turbo's error. Could not be corrected for E-filing. Unexplained request for Low Income Credit Worksheet for Virginia when income was in excess of the level allowed to be eligible for this credit. Have used Turbo Tax numerous times in the past. Very disappointed. past without issues. Very disappointed.
