Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tedious, but Effective I tried to get an agent to do my taxes, but the process of getting the agent setup was too much of a hassle. I uploaded all of my documents but I was asked for them multiple times by the system. So, I decided to the taxes myself and I still had no direct access to the W2s or other documents so I had to upload the documents again. The other issue was the system was not responsive to any updates. I lost my husband last year and despite noting it, the system took me through all the steps as if he were still here.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Difficult I had trouble and difficulties with the school district. Every year something new pops up that I didn’t see from last year. It didn’t fill in this years W-2 like it said it would. I still had to enter it in.
