We also had 2 live calls to provide additional clarity. Folks it is well worth the money!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo tax was difficult this year I have a MAC and your system was not totally compatible with it. Once again I would prefer to fill out my own taxes on line, and when I need to, to speak to an agent who could answer specific questions.

The first agent was very bad. she wasn't on time, not knowledgeable and definitely not polite. Then Phyllis came in and she was wonderful. very prompt with responses very professional.
