Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbotax generates its own errors When using the Easystep approach to entering my tax information, Turbotax always creates errors which are detected during the final scan of your preparation. Many of these errors/missing data are on forms or worksheets that are never seen by the user until this step. This should not be happening, when you have answered every question the software has posed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from first time user tried another brand & wasn't happy time consuming but in the end very helpful- i am confident and pleased -- also the help was quick on chat- thank you all for helping me in the last minutes of time to file: I am 73 years old slow,with poor eye sight and much pain.thank you, thank you very much!.
