Rated 1 out of 5 by from Hidden Fees Wouldn't recommend using Turbo Tax, the 'Free' version has never been free. They add so many hidden costs as you fill out the forms with no way to go back and change it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from first time user experts were great. both online and when they call back. the forms have some loops that you get caught up in. confusing some of the questions that were asked . lots of questions to answer, seems through. it would be helpful to list documents you need to complete forms like last years taxes.
