Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax, you rock! If you're inexperienced and new to tax preparation, Turbo Tax will make you feel like a pro. It will guide you through every step of the way to maximize your returns. It also provide explanations for better understanding of tax terms and procedures.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Complete Waste of Time & Money I needed to (late) file my 2021 returns. I needed to e-file them. At no time was I notified that e-filing was closed for 2021. I do not have a working printer and must pay the library to print all the forms. Additionally, I had made extension payments last year when taxes were actually due. There was no place to enter how much I paid with the requests for extension, so essentially, all 3 returns are now incorrect and will need to be amended. I'm so disappointed that I wasn't made aware of these limitations before I purchased the product and the additional state return. I could have done them by hand if I knew I was going to have to mail them. In fact, I already had done them so will probably file my own rather than the incorrect returns Turbo Tax produced.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not bad, but still cumbersome and expensive. Overall good experience... but it's way too expensive for what it is... and the crypto integration is absolute trash. There's no reason I should have to manually enter anything when all transactions are recorded on the blockchain.
