Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax employees were super helpful I spoke with both a technician, Aaron, and a CPA, Michelle, and they were both amazing! Very friendly and polite and extremely helpful and patient. I haven't filed by myself in probably 15 years, I used a CPA, and I was totally lost between having to file in multiple states. They both took their time helping me review my return and getting me to the point where I could file it. Thanks so much you two!

I was more at ease this year using Turbo Tax and when Turbo Tax checked my returns for errors, I was ecstatic to see "no errors" on both the Federal and State returns. I have no problem continuing to use Turbo Tax for all my future tax filing, and I will encourage my friends and family members to use Turbo Tax for their filings.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax great as usual I have used TurboTax for many years. I just finished preparing my 2020 tax returns for Federal and State. TurboTax makes the whole process quick and easy. I like the fact that it downloads my information from the previous year. The previous year's info is helpful not only to reduce keying, but also serves as a reminder about sources of income and deductions that I might forget otherwise.
