Rated 3 out of 5 by from Small Business disaster There were several areas of the small business section that were extremely frustrating. As an Amazon seller, there was no clear place in the deductions to put the sales tax that was collected from the buyer and showed up on my 1099-K as income. The descriptors of what goes in the 'tax' area of deductions did not indicate they would go there. But, when you look at the IRS instructions for line 23, they clearly go there. Sad that I cant rely on TurboTax to tell me that, but instead I have to do additional research. Same thing with shipping charges that were included as income on my 1099-K. Unclear where that goes in the instructions. Also, the home office deduction section that talked about excess property taxes was extremely confusing and circular. I am not confident that I completed that section properly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Happy Taxes Turbo Tax's step by step process was easy and user friendly. if you needed to go back and look at something or review it once again, you did not loose your data and if there was a mistake, it would give you options. Well worth the money and less than half the cost of professional tax preparers.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I liked the old Turbo Tax better. I can't give it a great review. I liked the older Turbo Tax much better. More information was displayed on the screen. It was like filling out the tax forms with guidance. I also think I was charged for a State Tax form that was unnecessary. $50 more won't break the bank, but I would bet that the state will reject even an attempt to electronicly file.
