Pushes for upgrades, then hits you up for additional $50 to file state returns when it implied it was included in "Premier" price. Bad business practice. Good for $ in the short term. Not sustainable, will hurt the integrity of your brand and ultimately hurt the bottom line.

With TT, I knew it was complete and that I hadn't made any errors. It used to be simpler to find where you were in the forms, and the printing took fewer pages, but still worth the switch to TT.
