Rated 2 out of 5 by from Agent was terrific--Turbo Tax is ancient (totally Agent was really good--professional and nice. Turbo-Tax as a firm is totally outdated. May have to reconsider my continued use of them. Online activities slow (wow! how slow) and cannot easily access agent via the web--always have to have a call--none of my other professional financial vendors are that behind.

They break down they questions in ways that you’ll understand what youre answering too. It may take a little bit more time if you haven’t did it before but once you get the hang of it, you’ll love it as well.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo tax is great I like all the feedback and guidence provided. Following the prompts was simple and unintimidating for this nonexpert. I did have some difficulty making a small correction on one of my forms. The program kept taking me to the same form and making the correction over and over. Made me worry about the accuracy of my final tax form submission.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Doesn't file electronically in Oregon This software does not file electronically in Oregon. Oregon is willing to accept it electronically but Turbo Tax has not passed the Oregon tests. All business taxes will have to be mailed in Oregon.
