I was having challenges with this year's return and found out that I had simply made one HUGE error and the CPA helped me resolve it very quickly and put my mind at ease.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax was incorrect in calculating SS I am a US citizen and I live in Israel, I file my taxes every year, this is my first time using turbo tax, I found that your software does not exempt social security benefits from US income tax but "according to united state tax treaties exempt social security benefits from US income tax withholding for Canada Egypt Germany Ireland Israel Italy Japan Romania and the UK " I could not efile because our SS income was not in 6a and zero in 6b in the 1040 but after I printed it out I put it back in 6a and mailed it. using your software I owed $1,944 instead of getting a refund of $7,229. I hope you will be able to put a fix in your software.
