Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is Just OK I have used Turbo Tax for 5 years and this may be the last. The "live messaging" is a computer that does not answer questions it sure tries but anything unusual, you wont get an answer. I find turbo tax more and more user unfriendly was I use it. The cost is almost as much as a live accountant. Just disappointed overall this year. Not real reassured this year. Very very disappointed.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from the government should just tell us what we owe extremely cumbersome, had to jump through many hoops to finally file my taxes and then they charged me $60 because my tax return was not a "simple" return. Disappointed
