Feeling Safe with TurboTaxI have been using TurboTax for the last few years and every year it gets easier and easier. Especially after the pandemic, unemployment, etc...I was nervous. But, of course, even having someone to call in case I had questions was available. This is my tax filing staple.

Web-based/desktop integrationI have been using Turbo Tax to do my taxes for over 20 years. I don't understand why the desktop products can't be integrated with the online products. Isn't there any way to merge the two? I was told that they were separate. I have not had a CD-Rom drive in years but feel like I'm forced to buy the software so I can import previous year's tax data.

TurboTax online sucks - Never fixed the loop issueTurboTax online sucks - Never fixed the loop issue with more than 2000 transactions. Eventually, had to use TT Desktop version and still go thro' several steps.
