I feel this is taking advantage of the US Citizens in this tramatic and desperate time. A mother of 3 sand your company is basically taking half of my taxes for me to do them myself..

It seems each year they get more expensive and not offering anything more than extra options that cost you more. The only real advantage is having all of your past info. They now offer live help as part of the deluxe option. I tried to use it and it was useless. It said I would receive a call from a specialist in 3 minutes. I did receive a call, but it was an automated call saying I wouldn't get another call. Then the system hung up. I've got no one to blame but myself. I really need to research a better option.
