Rated 1 out of 5 by from Won't be using TurboTax again We did not get our COVID stipend in time because of a glitch with TurboTax, we had to pay $400 for a penalty because Turbotax didn't initiate our State Tax Direct Deposit Payment that we agreed to in 2019, and our Efiling wouldn't work this year. The last 2 years it has been more of a hassle than a help. We will be paying a tax preparer next year for sure.
