Rated 4 out of 5 by from Usually Great. This year there were issues. Turbo Tax has always been great, except for this year. This year none of my prior year information imported into my return, which caused me to need to search and recreate everything that should have imported. Turbo Tax support was fantastic to work with, as usual, and they credited me the entire cost of my return this year because of this issue. I am assuming that this was a one time glitch and will continue to use Turbo Tax in the future.
