Rated 2 out of 5 by from Nothing but problems this year Twice my federal return was rejected due to what turbotax told me was software issues that they were having. Once those issues were corrected I was supposed to be able to file my return without any payment necessary. I had to speak with several different advisers who took control of the computer and looked at things and the 1st rejection we went through and did it once the software was correct it was sent again and then it was rejected again for something else to do with a software problem. Today I spoke with an agent who clearly didn't know how to navigate the software. She told me I needed to speak with a tax expert. I did not need a tax lawyer what I needed was someone who knew how to navigate the program. Although a tax expert was put on the phone and he did know how to navigate the program we took care of the return and sent it. however I was charged way more money for that.It was something that was not necessary and it was solely due to turbotaxe's inability to provide people who could actually work their own software program. I had 11 years of very good experiences with TurboTax but after the hassle and extra money charged this year may be my last
