Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Product by Pricey and Constant Upselling For the most part it's flawless and I've been using Turbo Tax for many years. The price keeps going up year after year. The constant attempt to up-sale services is annoying. I do several people's taxes through other free services. The others are getting better and eventually I will have to make the choice to lose the convenient online history to save a sizeable chunk of change.

Entered my question in on-line help and someone called me in 5 min, looked through what I had completed, saw the issue, and I was able to correct it and be off the phone and filing in just a few minutes. Effecient and excellent help.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from My review is Mixed This is the first time I used TurboTax Business. I had to because I could not do a Special Needs Trust with the Home & Business version. It was very limited as to the financial institutions I could download my information. They had no way that I could find to get into Merrill Lynch where my trust is located, so I had to enter all my information manually. It also took me quite a while to find how to list it as a Special Needs Trust.
