Rated 5 out of 5 by from No More Schedule searches on the Internet I was dreading tax season because I am retired, worked a few months last year, and I am a foster parent. What a mess. Turbo tax got me through all of the tangled webs the IRS has for us and got me a great refund without all the time and effort that I was dreading having to spend. I'd already spent 2 hours doing the tax return on paper before I decided to try TurboTax. Mind you, I was only 25% finished. With TurboTax, I finished and filed in less than 2 hours! Thank you Turbo Tax!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst version of turbotax ever... I didnt like that it made me enter my credit card information twice. I hated being forced to do all of the verifications for the Intuit login twice. I just wanted to skip that process! It cost me $25 plus credit card handling fees to file a $0 california tax return. As a very long term user of TurboTax, next year I will just use some other way to do my taxes, and in particular a free california filing app.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Trustworthy I enjoy using TurboTax, I do feel like it's one of the best self filing options. I feel like I'm able to upload everything I need to, and I don't usually feel like I'm missing anything big. I don't have too complicated of taxes, single, no children, don't own a home or business. Apart from having a real tax expert help you, TurboTax is great. The only thing that bothers me is I feel like the will add on extra fee's in a VERY confusing way. I'm always questioning how I got so many different additional fees by the end of my filing.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TT Quick and Easy Quick and Easy, although not free. It has issues with my investments each year, but i don't have enough to worry about, but turboTax wants me to buy Premium just to claim under $300 if oil royalties.

I love being able to work on my taxes myself while having access to experts who are available rather quickly to help with any issues. I was helped by Leonard who was awesome and then another time by Rebecca (and I was not given the review after the session so was not able to say how great she was)
