It is set up to charge you more than once and it is set up to be confusing this year to see if they can get you to pay more money for a higher level of service. Yes it is set up to forget that you already paid for it so that it will charge you again, not just for efile of state returns it wants to charge you for the whole thing again and won't show you until it's done.
