Rated 2 out of 5 by from Misleading pricing Turbo Tax practices misleading marketing tactics that cause you to pay a higher price for its service by only displaying information on the highest priced options. The lower priced options are either not displayed, hidden, or in small font.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Wish going back to make updates were easier Getting halfway through State taxes, and realizing I need to go back and verify something in Federal, but the only way to do that is to click back to the beginning of the entire section and click through all steps after that again is an annoying waste of my time. Still, the results I got from filing with TurboTax looked a lot more like what I was expecting them to than they did with the other service I was using. If only TurboTax took navigating between sections more seriously. And if there is a way to do this, please make it more obvious.
