Rated 2 out of 5 by from Customer service is the worst it has been in years Out of everyone who helped me today, Misty was the most helpful, empathic and caring in understanding what i was facing and the issues I've had with customer service for 11 hours. Thats longer than a day job. Even though Malinda helped solve my main problem with the federal tax, she had the nerves to tell me basically, "I've been through this for so many hours because I choose to file on my own." I have NEVER taken this long to file taxes and that's because not one representative knew what they were doing and the calls kept dropping; also, the automated system was difficult to bypass about two times because they don't understand simple English. My worst experience filing online in 3 years. What happened this year? I do my own taxes with little help, not 11 hours...darn near half a day to file taxes.

I must say he is the BEST gift I could have had for this season after losing my mother to cancer and having to file taxes at 24. As an MD PhD student with videography side gigs, I had some trouble figuring out how to use this properly. James completely saved me and went above/beyond. Turbotax is awesome and this dude is even better! Using it every year from now on.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax exceeds all expectations Turbotax is so easy to navigate and I really like how everything is saved and linked for easy tax filing. I was paired up with Britney this year to do my taxes. Britney was Amazing. She checked in with me periodically to make sure everything was entered correctly and explained any questions I had. She was friendly and extremely knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely recommend anyone using turbotax to get matched with her. If there was a place to tip I would gladly do so. Maybe that is one suggestion I have, add a place to tip your tax advisor. Thank you!
