I would like to see summary page include specific documents that are required to be mailed with return, instead of a general 'send required documents' notice. The program does mention everything required during the Easystep process throughout the program.

I had contacted her to initiate the process on a Friday at 5:00P and she guided me through the entire process that evening. She wanted to have another associate review the returns before filing on Monday. They were able to find a bit more of a return than we were expecting. She also helped retrieve a turbo tax service code that saved me some extra cash Thank you Shannon
