Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Home & Business CD 2022 Got locked out of my Intuit account. After multiple calls to Customer Service, finally got to someone that could help me. Got the account restored and after waiting on the State of North Carolina to put in final updates got my taxes filed.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Expensive, but not the Live Assistance Fault I wish I had known that Costco was selling 5 federal returns PLUS $10 off State for only $56. I just paid over $200 to file both. It was quick and easy, but wish I had saved money, by getting the download. It should not be that much money. I did not utilize a live expert, except to get my question answered if I were to buy the download would I lose all the work and information I already input in turbotax. She was quick to respond and was helpful, just not the answer I wanted to hear. Disappointed in cost

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Way too expensive! This is the third year I have used Turbo Tax for my returns, and it will be my last. I really despise the hidden costs of your product and will not be using it again in the future. I was unable to file my return without being forced to pay TurboTax $98 to file. I felt like a hostage at this point.
