Rated 3 out of 5 by from weakness in the nebraska return I made $700 as a non resident of Nebraska, they witheld $47. When I filed with turbotax there was no option to enter the witheld amount. I had to go to the forms section and go through each line to find the line to put in the $47 witheld. It then calculated properly, But the missing question is "enter the amount witheld from your income" is a big mistake by turbotax.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Ruth & Leon 2023 Tax Returns You have a good product for filing taxes. I like it. I do not like your attempting to sell my more product which I do not want or need. Especially when I just want only to file taxes. Your search and help tools need improvement. They each misinterpret most inquiries I type in. Once I type in something that is adequately interpreted, The information is vague and usually insufficient. You need to improve your knowledge of timber sales and investment.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax is too expensive TurboTax is too expensive. All of the graphics, though cute, add nothing to the process and should be eliminated. The up-selling is also very off putting. I want to file my taxes quickly, easily and at not have to pay too much. TaxCut did the job for years but since is was discontinued I've used Turbo Tax. Next year I'm looking for another way.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from T I've been using Turbo Tax for years. This year the program was so wonky and slow that I'll look for an alternative next year. Also, Turbo Tax does not handle foreign tax withholding and credit for foreign tax.
