Uploading docs and info is straightforward, it's easy to move between sections and review/edit info, and every call was handled expeditiously and clearly. Having k-1's isn't easy, and the three experts with whom I worked (one after another) were great.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Worse Every Year I've used TurboTax for decades and it seems to get worse and worse. More obscure and harder to navigate. It wants to ask questions and you have no idea if they are relevant. It is hard to do "trials" such as what is the effect on my taxes if I put more money into 401(k) or 529 accounts.
