Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is good TurboTax takes several attempts to start. Turbotax is not clear on how to enter California's 1099 MISC for the gas tax refund. It took one of your agents 20 minutes to figure it out.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Glitchy Software I have been using Turbo Tax for many years and have been quite happy. This year is the first time I had trouble with the software. Despite the long update process each time I opened it, the software would often take over a minute to get to the next page and closed on its own numerous times. Also, when I tried to search for something, the "Jump to" never appeared as it has in the past and as it says it will in the online help.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbotax has declined in quality Your advisors are amazing. They helped even though the software and tsome of the questions were confusing (even to them). You don't have a clear provision for people who take out a cash-out refinance. Is now ALL the interest non-deductible? That doesn't make any sense, but, thankfully, your advisors suggested a workaround. I suggest that you provide a question for this. Feel free to contact me if you want to talk further. It's a lot like sitting in an interview and they know the right questions to ask. My return is a bit odd but live help from an expert is great. Vanessa worked with me to answer all my questions and she was very knowledgeable.
