I was a bit nervous to try again to do my own taxes, especially since I have W-2 income and 1099, but with every question, there was an answer provided. The help menu and the ? links throughout were beyond helpful and make me feel confident in continuing to do my own taxes versus pay the $300+ to have them done.

It is awesome for the simple taxes and pretty good for even modestly complex (e.g. with medical, mortgage, charitable deductions). I think it has gotten quite a bit pricier in the last few years. Worst is that the program constanty and repeititively pushes extra services
