They were both incredibly professional, personable, and communicative throughout the entire process. I was kept apprised of any and all pertinent actions and updates in a timely manner and couldn't have better things to say about their support and efforts. The whole process took less than three days to complete and went without a hitch. A+ job on both of their parts

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Confidence I've used TurboTax for almost 10 years. Although I find the program fairly easy to use it does seem to give me the best returns. It is however becoming rather expensive. Maybe TurboTax will give us long term users a price break one year.
