Rated 2 out of 5 by from Is this a scam? Slow and doesn't help explain the more complicated stuff -- also, lots of hidden surcharges and necessary upgrades after you've already filled some stuff out in order to hook you with sunk cost bias. Scammy.

I used the help buttons often during our stocks and bonds 1099. I will continue with your products in the future and would recommend it to others.
