Rated 2 out of 5 by from Lots of bugs this year Importing W-2's is good. Not enough info in some parts of TT for what forms to file. Had to search the internet several times. TT wanted me to buy a $45 out of state return even though it was obvious the low income level doesn't even require filing.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from ok on windows 10 but not on windows 11 having updated my pc to windows 11, the simple clic on the file menu (top left) makes the whole app crash when the tax return is loaded... had to use annother pc on win 10 to finish my returns.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Federal Works Well, State Is Lacking. The state software is lacking, but federal worked well. If you have to go back to federal after in state, you can not pick where to go back in the state tab.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Realy frustrating I had to edit a figure on my form 1099-R, but when I did, the total state tax owed (which should have reflected 194.85 already withheld did not change and there was no way to adjust that. I actually gave up in frustration after hours of work and just paid an extra 200 to the state because of TurboTax's problem.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Tax Filing Tool I have used Turbo Tax for over 20 years. It is user-friendly and reminds you of areas that you may have otherwise missed. I use it with confidence that my return will be accurate and that I will get all of the deductions to which I am entitled.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A little funky but good customer service from Mike Had e-filed my return & set up autopayment. Then discovered a mistake & needed to file amended return with additional payment. Mike in Customer Service was extremely helpful in getting this resolved & sent a link for electronic payment with IRS. Mike also answered another question about taxes unrelated to my current year. Mike rocks!
