Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax makes it easy I finally found the online version for the product I bought. My laptop could not handle the CD version. All in all I was successful in filing my taxes. Turbo Tax makes it easy.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Will Be Switching Next Year I was upgraded to Turbo Tax Deluxe Live despite selecting the free option at the beginning and never using the live service and was not informed of this upgrade until my purchase was complete. I was charged nearly all the amount of my return. On the checkout screen there were no details of what I was being charged for and there was no way to see the items until checkout was complete. This lack of transparency is unacceptable. I feel like I was tricked into paying for something I did not want. I will be switching services next year.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Too expensive for a simple tax return We only get SSA and IRA/401K income. $120 to complete the forms is too much. Turbo tax draws you in with FREE simple tax preparation but some form is required that isn't included.
