Rated 1 out of 5 by from After 8 years, I'm never using Turbotax again This is getting ridiculous, there's so much moreup-selling for services in-between each step. I feel like I'm getting bombarded. Why have an option at the beginning to "not push unnecessary features and products" if you still do it anyway?! I'd rather file with anyone else

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The Help Facility is lacking. I had an unexpected request for "wages" when reviewing CT state taxes. The "help" responses to my various attempts at defining the problem were unusually vague with no reasonable next step. In my many years of using Turbotax, the help function always seemed reasonable. Changes made to "help" make the facility useless in my opinion.
