Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is not clear Turbo tax is not clear on what you will pay, even after buying the download/cd version, at the end I was still asked to pay more. In the future please tell us our full costs up front. Your antics of trying to get the customer to pay more is upsetting and frustrating.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Overly expensive I spent my time filling out values for forms that were clearly listed on the forms. Then they took a couple hundred dollars to do it. For the cost I might just pay someone to do this for me next year. It's losing its value to me to keep paying these costs.

I've used H&R block in the past and was never happy with their service. So happy with Turbotax, will use them for all future taxes.
