Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax took $200 of my return I'm very upset that TurboTax took $200 of my return without giving me an option to file for free (which historically has been available). I will be finding another way to do my taxes next year if this is not resolved.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from When the going got tough TT told me call the IRS Two big problems this year. When the chat expert had worked with me for over an hour, he finally told me to call the IRS regarding reporting foreign taxes paid. That is not an acceptable solution. Separate issue - using TT to file an amended 2021 form was a nightmare. The tax experts sharing my screen were both extremely helpful in both instances. Next year, I will pay a CPA. This is no longer any fun.
