Rated 4 out of 5 by from Hidden Fees I love using Turbo Tax. It is very easy and user friendly... but, I was forced to upgrade to $59 because of a Health Savings Account that my family does not use! Then I get to the final page and I'm being charged ANOTHER $39 on top of that to use my return to pay for the $59 that I don't want to spend! That's annoying! Just call it $98 and be done with it!

Made it easy to check against the information it put. Made this entire process simple easy and streamlined

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super Easy and I had two states to do Did federal and two states with rentals all in less than 3 hours. Had to get help a couple of times and people were very nice and informative. Got me back on track. This was my 8th year and as always well worth the price.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good but a few questions are misleading I've been using Turbotax ever since I started my own business. Mostly I have no complaints. But every year, it asks if I'm receiving MDHHS -- when the box on the tax form says "Do not include food assistance" -- but the question doesn't say that. Ooops. I have to stop and check the form every year. Also, with respect to digital currency, the Turbotax question implies that purchasing such currency qualifies -- not so. Only receiving it as a gift or reward or sales or exchanges qualifies. That's a dangerous "mislead."

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo tax has aways worked for me I have used Turbo Tax for years and have always had a good and confident relationship. Today I spoke with Yahaira (a tax expert for 11 years.) She was concise and extremely knowledgeable about my question. Very engaging and pleasant.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Product requires too much filling in from forms The product required look backs to 2021 taxes when I had used TurboTax to prepare those taxes. It also did not pick up information from 1099 forms requiring manual input of information. The handling of non-taxable interest information sources is extremely confusing as it is not clear from what brokerage account is being used.
