Rated 3 out of 5 by from more and more expensive I usually need the "premium" version but turbotax keeps going up in prices. They are now over $100 for their package most homeowners would use. The software is good and accurate but I am seriously considering moving to a different provider next year. Eight years ago, it cost me $35 to do my return, now it is $120 without a discount code you have to search for.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Irritating service An essential flaw in the program is the inability to preview the Federal return without completing the State return and making payment. Two other significant flaws were ambiguous or incorrect instructions that made it impossible to finish the return without assistance. Very annoying effort to eliminate ability to enter business expenses without purchasing more expensive program. I interacted with 5 different help agents. Three were useless,and two were excellent.
