Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax experience Mostly works great, however some field were locked for some reason I went back in and out of app and most finally opened up for entry never happened before. Had a blue tear drop below the field when locked.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from This service used to be awesome 15 plus years of use and either the regulators or the programmers have made this process ridiculously long. I think it takes about 8000 clicks and verifications to get the simplest task done. Every turn has another charge or consent. Going to a accountant next year.

The TurboTax "Assistant" who helped me with downloading all the required docs for my Income Tax return was very efficient and patient. And Rachel, the Full Service professional expert, has been very professional and customer-friendly all along. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for assistance in filing their income tax returns at TurboTax.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Too many repeated questions and 3rd party addons Each year I have to wade through the adds and questions asked several times. I had a large solar deduction that I had to google how to input. Turbo Tax did not ask or come up with the fact I have a huge solar deduction. This would have cost me thousands of dollars. They need more real questions to ensure big deductions are not missed.
