Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax needs to improve on overpayments The entries were mostly easy and well-explained. However, I did have to call for help twice to find out how to apply my overpayment to next year. The "jump to" feature was not working. Applying a refund is a feature which many people use and it should be a clear choice just like receiving a check was a choice. One should not have to search for the place to enter. I know you have a relationship with financial institutions, but the customer should still be given a clear choice.
