Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very simple and intuitive My CPA was going to charge me $750. Turbo Tax walked me through every step. Only suggestion is to provide more expertise from online help for customers who own businesses and have K1 issued.

I have a large 27-inch monitor, and the software makes the type too small. Make it easy for us old folks to read 2. I often ask weird questions that I don't understand how they will impact my returns. Do a better job as to why you are asking question and give option - "I don't know"

Rated 2 out of 5 by from TOO DIFFICULT TO GET QUESTIONS ANSWERED TT KEPT TELLING ME LINE B OF STATE REFUND WORKSHEET WAS MISSING - I COULD NOT GET BACK TO THE WORKSHEET, SO I WAS STUCK. TOOK A GUESS AND ENDED UP OWING TAXES - I HAVE NO IDEA WHETHER I GUESS CORRECTLY. THIS DID NOT FILL ME WITH CONFIDENCE! It should not have taken four hours to do my taxes - I have ONE W-2.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great customer support, surprised by a payment Intuitive software, easy format to follow. This year I had one issue to fix while filing that I could not seem to figure out, I was connected to a representative. The chat was not working correctly so we could only communicate but screen sharing and his showing with his mouse what to do. He helped my fix my issue in less than 1 minute. Other than the technical issue, no problems. My only concern was the fact that I have used turbotax for the last few years and it has always been free, I was surprised when I went to file that I owed a couple hundred dollars. Not the biggest deal considering I have used this service free for a long time. Overall, I would recommend.
