Rated 2 out of 5 by from No different than any other option. It was just like any other online tax filing service that I've used in the past. My only hang up here is that it told me to do an 2nd state return which in turn cost me $59 to process... I didn't have any income in that state and there was no real breakdown of why I was filing... But I don't want to make the IRS mad, so I went ahead and did it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from EASY TO FILE MILITARY FRIENDLY.FREE FOR MILITARY. ACCURATE & EASY UNDERSTANDING. NO other offers Military free file except HR BLOCK. But Turbo tax is easier than HR block to file.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax Sucks! Never make any money because I always owe with the ridiculously high rates this service charges. I make money back from federal and state but then owe upwards of $200+ from the service itself. You guys suck!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Had some trouble I've used TurboTax for many years, but this year I was unable to initiate the program after installing it via CD because my computer needed an upgrade which I couldn't accomplish. I tried contacting TT to see if I could get a break on the online price which would accommodate the amount I had already spent for the CD. Could find no possible human to help. Will find another filing service next year

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easiest way to do my income taxes! I have been using Turbo Tax for over 15 years and have been very impressed by how fast and easy it is to handle this yearly task. I use a large manila envelope each year to hold all of my income statements and tax deductible receipts. It usually takes me less than two hours to enter this information into Turbo Tax and e-file my returns to direct deposit or withdrawal funds from my checking account. Very easy!
