For my self employment reporting it was a nightmare I like the fact that most of the instructions by the platform are kept in 1 to 2 sentences, but sometimes it is extremely vague and I'm left browsing for hours in forums and government websites. Definetly made me wonder "what's the point" and extremely considering going to a local accountant/tax expert. FYI, I don't fault TurboTax for the certain quirks such as specific documents not being able to be e-filed etc.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from After 8 years, I'm never using Turbotax again This is getting ridiculous, there's so much moreup-selling for services in-between each step. I feel like I'm getting bombarded. Why have an option at the beginning to "not push unnecessary features and products" if you still do it anyway?! I'd rather file with anyone else
